Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless the packaging is unopened and hair extensions are not removed from their original inner packaging. We do also accept returns in the extremely rare cases where the wrong order is shipped or order is damaged upon receipt. In any of these cases, the customer can opt for either a full refund or for a return and re-delivery free of charge.
According to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000, the customer has the right to return a product for a full refund on the condition that they provide the seller with a written notice (email) within 7 business days* of receiving the order.
As part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000, certain goods by reason of their nature cannot be returned. Hair extensions fall into this category for hygiene reasons and therefore once opened or once the extensions have been taken out of their inner packaging, they will be exempt of refund or exchange.
Please note, original delivery costs are non-refundable.
